Bu çal??mada, dönü?ümcü liderli?in uzaktan e?itim sürecindeki önemi ve liderlik stili boyutlar?n?n etkileri incelenmi?tir. Ara?t?rman?n çal??ma grubunu, Türkiye’ de bir devlet üniversitesine ba?l? 2020-2021 ö?retim y?l? bahar döneminde ö?renimine devam eden 17 gönüllü ö?renci olu?turmaktad?r. Çal??ma nitel ara?t?rma desenlerinden biri olan durum çal??mas? modelinde gerçekle?tirilmi?tir. Kat?l?mc?lar?n belirlenmesinde amaçl? örnekleme yöntemlerinden kolay ula??labilir yöntemi kullan?lm??t?r. Ara?t?rma kapsam?ndaki veriler aç?k uçlu sorulardan olu?turulmu? yar? yap?land?r?lm?? görü?me formlar? kullan?larak elde edilmi?tir. Ara?t?rmadan edilen betimsel analiz tekni?i ile Ara?t?rmada bulgular sonucunda, alt boyutlar?ndan idealize edilmi? etki boyutuna yönelik olarak görü?leri genellikle rol model olma, b?rakma, e?itimde de?i?imin öncüsü olma kategorilerinde toplanm??t?r. ?lham verici motivasyon görü?leri; motivasyon, olumlu enerji verme, cesaretlendirme, yol gösterme grupland?r?lm??t?r.
